Due to the nature of our detailed services, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. We very strictly do not allow friends, boyfriends, hubbys children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars in our neighborhood, if your guest(s) would like to wait close by for you to complete your appointment.
IMPORTANT FOR ALL MICROBLADING CLIENTS
Microblading is a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) following all Pre & Post instructions are crucial! Pre-Care instructions are designed to limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excessing bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
Touch-up and refill appointments are only available to current clients. Not A Current Client? You will have have to book an initial appointment & pay full price.
* Please note: Any brow touch ups after 2 years and any eyelash extensions refill after 4 weeks is full price.
If changing shape during your touch up $100 will be applied to your total as this takes more time & attention. Please advise.
Consultations are included when booking your initial microblading procedure, on the same day, right before we start. They are not available separately.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY
Please allow 48 hours or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. Deposits/payments are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 48 hours’ notice.
Your Deposit Fee Will Be Deducted from Your Total Cost.

• Do not drink coffee, alcohol or energizing drinks on the day of treatment.
• Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Ibuprofen 24 hours before treatment.
• Do not take omega3 (fish oil) 1 week before treatment.
• Do not tan or have intense sun exposure 3 days before treatment.
• No waxing 2-3 days before treatment.
• No chemical peels, dermabrasion, laser or any other intense treatments 2 weeks before treatment.
• Shower and fix your hair as you need to take extra care not to the treated area wet 24-48 hours.
